Shipping Policy

Shipping for all orders in US and Puerto Rico is free. However, customers should pay for shipping cost from other countries out side US and delivery time is different for each foreign country based on the region. Products take around 1-4 working days to 48 contiguous states of the US via USPS or Fedex carrier. Moreover, for some other territories and states, it may take a little longer. At the time of holidays and due to poor weather conditions, the shipping process might take around 4 to 7 working days.

We are providing overseas shipping to Puerto Rico and other countries.

Shipping Information

Some potential variables could influence your package delivery time frame. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee dates of arrival or be kept accountable for disruptions caused by weather conditions, disastrous situations or shipping carrier problems. Packages are delivered Monday-Saturday because USPS doesn’t allow any deliveries on Sunday for other observed holidays.

Return Policy

We allow 30 days return from purchase date for refund or exchange. Moreover, 60 days warranty from purchase date is applied. All merchandise needs to be packaged safely and returned in the exact original packaging. If a refund is sought by the buyer, after inspection of returned item in original condition, then the full refund would be issued. If the item has been damaged, altered, or tampered, the warranty won’t be valid, and we won’t be able to refund or swapping the product. XPERSIS PRO is not liable for any missing packages at the time of returning to us. The returning products have to be shipped via USPS or FedEx carrier. For faster processing, kindly add a copy of the invoice.

Warranty

We accept warranty ONLY 60 days after purchase date written on receipt if product malfunctioned by itself.
